8 days mission trip in Segamat

Today ended the 8 days mission trip which took place at Segamat.

I have a lot to say.

This mission trip indeed meant a lot to me.

1) Serving together with Michael & his fellow bro & sis from his church.

This is my first time joining a mission trip with a group of people whom we previously did not have chance to serve God together.

It is indeed a good chance for me to learn from them.

They are unique and God lead them uniquely too. Amaze~~~

Michael as the team leader -- Good job, dear!

During the 1st day of the mission trip, Mic chaired the 1st meeting. I give thanks to the Lord and amaze of how God had trained Mic into a leader.

2) Rev Lian & wife - perfect match by God. I learned a lot from them.

Rev Lian is a good pastor, whom assisted by a caring and cute wife. Rev Lian love his flocks. He treated them as his own children. He is a Rev blessed by God with all kinds of gifts and talent. He is a prayer warrior. Everything of him, is what he got when he knelt down and pray to God.

Mrs Rev Lian, she looks serious, but she is a very caring and friendly lady. During the very first meal, we talked a lot. Don't be cheated by your first sight impression and don't ever judge the book by its cover.

3) Cuties in Segamat Presbyterian Church - unforgettable.

Esther, Pei Ru, Zhi Pei, Xue Feng, Chen Qing, Raymond, Sheng Long... cuties in Segamat Presbyterian Church. They are marvellous. Praise the Lord for their willingness to serve God. They are with us everyday when we went out for door to door evangelism. They are brave in their age.

4) My very first time of leading Children evangelism gathering.

I put my effort in this gathering. The flow of this event is:

Ice breaking - 15 min
Praise & worship - 30 min
Sketch - 15 min
Altar calling - 15 min
Break for tea - 15 min
Hand craft (Jesus in my heart) - 45min
Present distributing to kids - 15 min

This is my 1st time doing an altar call. Thank God that all the children raised their hand to accept Christ. After the whole event, I felt exhausted.

I can see how God blessed me with gift of handling children. Thank God for filling me with His love as I can pour it out to the children. I really love to be with them.

5) Brought 4 souls to God.

Thank God for the 4 souls. Though I don't know about their future path, but I had done what I supposed, and God shall do the rest.

6) Having discipleship with 2 cuties.

Pei Ru & Zhi Pei. 1 is active 1 is passive, but both are good girl of God. Dear Lord, may you use them and bless them.

7) Scolded by the head of security department due to distributing leaflets in Giant supermarket without their permission.

8) Mic took the trouble to drive me back to JB and then took bus back to KL. (He insisted to do so)

Dear, thanks for your care. I am blessed to have you. I love you.

9) Experiencing God through out the mission trip.

I see how God works when we unite and pray. God leads me and touched me with incidents happened during the Mission Trip. I see how God change the lives when they accepted Christ. Dear Lord, please keep Ivy with you that she will continue to grow and grow in your kingdom.

10) My dedication to God.

Dear Lord, I pray that I can love you more and more, get closer and closer to You, be more like You. Dear Lord, please help me to do the 4 things in order to keep me close to You. Please help me to love You and trust in You more and more.
